With over 100 years of experience, our client based in Barnsley is a trusted name in the design and manufacture of bespoke engineering machinery.

They are now looking to add an experienced Skilled Industrial Paint Sprayer to their long-established team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, reputable business offering long term job security and paying £16.00ph .

Working Hours: 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday & 7.30am - 12.30pm Friday (Overtime available at time and a half)

The Role

As a Skilled Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for preparing and spraying structural and engineering steel components using water-based and 2-pack epoxy paints within a heavy industrial environment. The work will mainly involve components for the Oil & Gas sector, where precision and quality are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and spray steel components to a high standard
  • Apply water-based and 2-pack epoxy paints
  • Work to NORSOK standards and strict quality specifications
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment
  • Work effectively with team members and work independently when required
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Paint Sprayer in an engineering or manufacturing setting
  • Strong knowledge of spray-painting techniques and processes
  • Experience working to high-quality industrial standards
  • Skilled in 2-pack and wet paint spraying
  • Flexible and reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude
