I’m working with a well-established, award-winning marketing agency based in Manchester, currently looking to add a Paid Social Account Manager to their expanding team.

This is an exciting chance to join a large, collaborative Paid Social department working on a flagship national retail client. If you’re passionate about paid social, thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, and want to work with high-profile brands, this could be the perfect next move.

The Role

As a Paid Social Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and executing social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the client, ensuring campaigns are not only delivered flawlessly but also perform against key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage end-to-end paid social campaigns, from strategy to execution.

•Be the client’s trusted advisor, building strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded.

•Work closely with internal teams including creative, strategy, and analytics to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

•Monitor, report on, and optimise campaign performance, using data to inform decisions and spot opportunities.

•Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends, bringing innovation to your work.

What We’re Looking For

•Minimum 3 years' experience in paid social advertising, ideally within an agency environment.

•Solid understanding of platform tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.) and paid social best practices.

•Proven experience managing campaigns for large-scale or high-profile clients, ideally in retail or e-commerce.

•Strong client-facing skills with the confidence to lead calls, present strategies, and own performance discussions.

•Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
