Overview

Paediatric Diabetes Clerical Co-ordinator, Band 3 - permanent - 22.5 hours. The closing date is 29 September 2025.

Paediatric diabetes team provides consistent and coordinated care to children and young people with diabetes. We are committed to providing an excellent and innovative service for children/young people and their families to focus on individual needs, health and wellbeing. Our aim is to join us in providing the highest possible standards of holistic family centred care. The paediatric diabetes team prides itself on working collaboratively with the MDT. Interviews TBC. Main duties
  • Comply with Trust Patient access policy, health records Caldicott and data protection policies
  • Utilise patient EPR system and input data
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their carers and the MDT team
  • Book and rearrange appointments, and book interpreter if required
  • Arrange meetings and book rooms, take minutes of meetings and circulate to relevant professionals
