A leading acute hospital trust in London is seeking an experienced nurse for the Paediatric Emergency Department. The successful candidate will provide urgent care, lead junior staff, and ensure high standards of patient care. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and experience in emergency settings. Weekend shifts may be required, and strong candidates will have opportunities for professional growth.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team in the fast-paced Paediatric Emergency Department. We seek nurses who can demonstrate a kind, compassionate, positive attitude, with a desire to provide effective and efficient urgent and Emergency Care practice. As a senior member of the nursing team you will be expected to support and lead staff within the Paediatric Emergency Department, acting as a role model and working cohesively with the multidisciplinary team. You will assist senior nursing staff with management requirements ensuring that quality service is maintained and you are expected to participate in education throughout the unit and hospital to ensure quality is maintained.
