  • Issuing and reconciliation of packaging to production areas.
  • Maneuvering forklifts safely in busy environments.
  • Loading/Unloading of vehicles.
  • Recording all stock movement using the warehouse management system.

Job Title: Packaging Warehouse Operative

Location: Caerphilly

Salary: £12.83 - £25.66 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Shift Pattern: 11am - 8.30pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Packaging Warehouse Operative to join a fast-growing manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and expanding team within a clean and well-run production facility.

As a Production Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in managing the flow of ingredients and packaging, ensuring accurate stock control, safe movement of goods, and smooth support to production — all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake and inspection controls of packaging to site.
  • Issuing and reconciliation of packaging to production areas.
  • Issuing and controlling of ingredients in the warehouse.
  • Maneuvering forklifts safely in busy environments.
  • Loading/Unloading of vehicles.
  • Movement of stock using pallet trucks and reach trucks.
  • Recording all stock movement using the warehouse management system.
  • Involvement in annual stock checks.
  • Working to Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Able to prioritise workload.
  • Use of company vehicle to transport stock from unit to unit.
