PA / Project Coordinator – Leeds City Centre

£32,000 – £35,000 + Great Benefits

Are you a highly organised people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re partnering with a growing and ambitious business based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, and they’re looking for a proactive PA / Project Coordinator to join their busy, supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine first-class PA support with project coordination, working closely with senior partners while ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly. No two days will be the same!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the go-to person to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
  • Providing PA support to partners, including diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and briefings with clients and partners.
  • Building strong relationships through regular communication both internally and externally.
  • Working alongside Finance to ensure invoices are accurate and on time.
  • Keeping the CRM database updated and accurate.
  • Ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Supporting your colleagues with ad hoc admin tasks to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a PA, Project Coordination, or Administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A real team player who can also work independently.
  • Confident with IT systems and keen to learn new tools.
