Overview

Job Description: PA to a young boy who has autism and learning disabilities. He is mostly non-verbal, loves swimming, playing on the trampoline and eating ice cream. I need someone who is able to look after him both inside and outside our home. Tom is the boy in our care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise individual at home and outside, making sure he is safe.
• Cook dinner if needed.
• Supervise bath if needed.
• Supervise outdoor play and be comfortable taking Tom out to places such as the swimming pool, playground or for a bus ride.

Qualifications

• Someone patient who ideally has experience of young people with disabilities.
• Reliable, good communication, punctual.
