Location: Onsite (outskirts of Horsham)
Start Date: 5th January 2026
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary (potential of a permanent opportunity)

About the Role

We are recruiting for a professional and experienced Admin/PA to support an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and PA support to the Executive Assistant.
  • Manage complex diaries using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for senior executives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for board members, clients, and high-level stakeholders (MDs, CEOs, etc.).
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Requirements
  • Well-presented, and highly professional.
  • Confident and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong diary management experience using Outlook.
  • Previous experience in PA or Executive Assistant roles is highly desirable.
