Reporting to the CCTV Lead the CCTV Quality Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of CCTV footage across our operations. Working closely with planners and field crews youll review and code CCTV data identify issues and support the continuous improvement of service standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail technical awareness and a collaborative approach to contribute to the high-quality delivery of our services.

Position : OX19 Qualified Coordinator (please note : internally this role may be known as CCTV Quality Analyst)

Location : Customer Solution Centre Slough Berkshire

Job Type : permanent full-time

Hours : Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (working 6 : 30am - 2 : 30pm)

Salary : 30000 depending upon experience

About the role :

Due to continued growth and development we are now looking for customer focused people to join us in our Utility Division working on our Thames Water contract service to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems.

  • Quality check CCTV footage
  • Raising technical reviews for DA
  • Liaising with the planners
  • Liaising with the crews
  • Liaising with engineers regarding works
  • Check footage to ensure compliance has been met
  • Liaising with management to identify issues
  • Highlight any problems with CCTV footage
  • Undertake any other work as reasonably required of you by the CCTV manager
  • Liaise with FM regarding engineers work
  • Able to recognise and code : structural conditions service conditions construction features and miscellaneous details from photographs and video
  • Able to use the continuous defect facility for coding
  • Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them
  • Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties tasks or projects requested by management

  • Have OS19X or OS21X ( Drainage Qualifications Guide)
  • Have some drainage knowledge

  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Suite
  • Have solid communication skills (both written and verbal) with professional telephone etiquette

  • Strong prioritising and multi-tasking skills ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
  • Have the ability to deal with people at different levels
