Job summary

The Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel in Bristol is seeking a Night Manager for the front office night team. You will oversee all overnight property operations and ensure outstanding hospitality for guests and colleagues, acting as Manager on Duty.

Key duties include resolving guest issues, maintaining brand standards, and assisting HR tasks such as payroll, reviews and recruitment while supporting the development of supervisors and associates.

Qualifications

• Hospitality reception supervisory or management experience.
• Night shift experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the property Manager on Duty and oversee all property operations during the overnight shift.
• Ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift.
• Promote a welcoming environment and resolve guest or property issues.
• Represent property management in resolving any guest or property related situation.
• Assist in HR duties including payroll, reviews and recruitment.
• Upskill and develop the supervisors and associates.
