Job summary

The Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel in Bristol is seeking a Night Manager for the front office night team. You will oversee all overnight property operations and ensure outstanding hospitality for guests and colleagues, acting as Manager on Duty.

Key duties include resolving guest issues, maintaining brand standards, and assisting HR tasks such as payroll, reviews and recruitment while supporting the development of supervisors and associates.

Qualifications

• Hospitality reception supervisory or management experience.
• Night shift experience desirable but not essential.

• Promote a welcoming environment and resolve guest or property issues.
• Represent property management in resolving any guest or property related situation.

Main Duties:

• Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift
• Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift
• Promoting a welcoming environment
• Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation
• Personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks
• Ensure smooth running of financial related duties
• Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
• Assist in HR related duties including payroll, reviews and recruitment
• To upskill and develop the supervisors and associates

What do you need to apply?

We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. It is essential you have hospitality reception supervisory or management related experience. It is also desirable to have night experience but not essential.
