A leading transportation firm in the UK is looking to hire a skilled professional for a permanent role focused on providing technical support and fault rectification for their service fleet. The ideal candidate should hold an NVQ Level 3 in rolling stock or aircraft, possess practical experience with modern Electric Multiple Units, and be capable of diagnosing technical faults efficiently. Alstom Transport Services UK Ltd is dedicated to the successful and safe delivery of its services to its customer and to the achievement of its business plan. This post shall be pivotal in achieving this. To provide technical expertise and support to the project undertaking in service fault finding and rectification and assist the project to meet its obligations in providing the new Class 730 fleet to the customer.
To provide in service and depot support to the fleet, during passenger service operations ensuring the units remain safe and fully functional whilst carrying out customer requirements and at all times minimising Service Affecting Failures.
