A public sector organization in London seeks an enthusiastic Outreach Support Practitioner to join the Bright Futures family support service. This role involves providing essential support to children and families, working closely with schools, and offering guidance to enhance community welfare. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to take on the role of Outreach Support Practitioner within our Bright Futures family support service. If you have strong skills in advice and guidance, and supporting children and families this is the opportunity for you. The successful candidate will work closely with schools and community venues to offer information, advice and guidance to families within the borough. They will hold drop in surgeries as well as assist in the outreach support offer within the team.
