Job summary

National Highways is seeking an Operational Technology Configuration Manager to safeguard the reliability, safety and performance of the technology on the Strategic Road Network. You will manage configuration data, coordinate change activities and provide specialist support across OT systems in a live environment.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with operational teams, suppliers and stakeholders, with two days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting complex OT systems in live environments.
• Proven ability to apply formal change processes and controls.
• Knowledge of cyber security standards and incident response practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration information for OT systems and lifecycle control.
• Process configuration requests and RFCs through governance and change processes.
• Support planning, testing, and deployment of upgrades to OT systems.
• Provide specialist support during incidents and coordinate effective resolutions.
