National Highways is seeking an Operational Technology Configuration Manager to strengthen our digital capability across Cyber Security and Operational Technology. You will manage configuration data for critical OT systems, coordinate RFCs, and ensure changes are tested and integrated with minimal risk in a safety-critical environment.

The role is hybrid with two office days per week, and can be based at any National Highways office location across the UK, with some travel for team meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting complex OT systems in live environments.
• Proven change management experience with formal approval processes and risk controls.
• Strong analytical skills with incident investigation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in safety-critical environments or control rooms is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage configuration information for critical Operational Technology systems and process RFCs through governance.
• Plan, test, validate and deploy new or upgraded OT systems and ensure integration into live environments.
• Provide specialist incident support and coordinate effective resolutions with internal teams and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate asset, geographical and site data records and improve configuration documentation.
