National Highways is seeking an experienced Operational Technology Configuration Manager to oversee configuration, change, testing and troubleshooting across critical OT systems in a safety-critical environment.

Hybrid role with two office days per week; based at any National Highways office in the UK with travel to team meetings. You will maintain asset, geographical and account records and drive improvements in documentation and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting complex OT systems.
• Proven ability to apply formal change controls and minimise risk.
• Knowledge of OT security standards and incident response.

Aufgaben

• Oversee configuration information for critical OT systems and manage RFCs through governance.
• Plan, test, validate and deploy new or upgraded OT systems with live integration in mind.
• Provide specialist support during incidents and coordinate resolutions with teams and suppliers.
