National Highways is seeking an Operational Technology Configuration Manager to strengthen the Digital Services function. You will manage configuration data across critical OT systems, coordinate RFCs, and support deployment while ensuring safety and reliability on the Strategic Road Network.

Hybrid role with two days in the office, collaboration with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders, and ongoing documentation improvements.

Qualificações

• Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting complex technical systems in an operational environment.
• Proven experience in configuration and change management with formal controls.
• Analytical approach to fault investigation and risk assessment of config changes.
• Experience in incident management and supporting resources during incidents or major events.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain configuration information for OT systems with lifecycle control.
• Process configuration requests and RFCs through governance to minimise risk.
• Support planning, testing and deployment of new/updated OT systems.
• Provide specialist support during incidents and coordinate resolutions with teams and suppliers.
• Maintain asset, geographical and account records per cyber security standards.
