National Highways is strengthening its Digital Services capability and recruiting an Operational Technology Configuration Manager. The role covers configuration, change control, testing, and troubleshooting across strategic OT systems in a safety-critical, live environment.

The position is hybrid, with two days in the office, and can be based at any National Highways office location in the UK, with travel for team meetings.

Competenze

• Demonstrable experience configuring, maintaining and supporting complex technical systems in an operational environment.
• Experience in configuration and change management, completing technical changes through formal processes.
• Strong analytical problem solving and fault investigation abilities.
• Stakeholder engagement with technical and non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Manage configuration information for critical OT systems, ensuring accuracy and lifecycle control.
• Coordinate changes via RFCs and governance processes to minimise risk and downtime.
• Support planning, testing and deployment of new or upgraded OT systems.
• Provide incident support and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and suppliers.
