National Highways is recruiting for an Operational Technology Configuration Manager to strengthen our Digital Services capability. You will manage configuration, change, testing and troubleshooting across safety-critical OT systems while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.

The role is hybrid with two days in the office and travel across UK locations. You will help maintain accurate records, support deployment of new OT systems and contribute to cyber security standards.

Formación

• Experience configuring and maintaining complex OT systems in live operations.
• Proven change management experience with formal change controls.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and incident support in safety-critical environments.
• Stakeholder engagement with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain configuration information for critical Operational Technology systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, availability and lifecycle control.
• Complete configuration requests and RFCs through approved tools and governance processes to minimise risk and downtime.
• Support planning, testing, validation and deployment of new or upgraded OT systems and integrate them into live environments.
• Provide specialist operational and technical support during incidents, coordinating resolutions with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Maintain accurate asset, geographical and account records in line with cyber security standards, driving documentation and process improvements.
• Support configuration of advanced traffic management systems and site data design across the Strategic Road Network.
