Qualifications

• Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting complex technical systems in an operational environment.
• Experience in configuration and change management with formal processes.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain configuration information for OT systems, ensuring accuracy and lifecycle control.
• Process RFCs and changes through approved governance to minimise operational risk.
• Support planning, testing, validation and deployment of OT system upgrades or new implementations.
