  • Interpret business strategy and organizational direction to drive effective strategy execution at the organizational level through diagnostics, structure design, and governance optimization, thereby enhancing organizational vitality.
  • Develop tailored organizational solutions using management theories, methodologies, and tools to address real-world business challenges and enhance capabilities.
  • Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and establish performance management systems. Analyze performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Formulate organizational and talent development roadmaps. Lead key projects such as industry benchmarking, strategic goal cascading, organizational health assessments, and talent engagement programs to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
