A prestigious university is seeking an Organisational Development Officer to manage learning and development portfolios, provide administrative oversight, and liaise with external partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and is experienced in stakeholder management. This full-time role is open to internal applicants only and is fixed-term until 28/08/2026. Reporting into the Organisational Development Deputy Director and receiving line‑management support from the Organisational Development Programme Manager (Leadership, Learning & Development), the post holder will be expected to provide exemplary administration, professional stakeholder management, and deliver insightful reporting and insights.
