A not-for-profit scientific organisation in the UK is seeking an Enterprise TOM specialist to design and implement future operating models and organisational structures. The ideal candidate will analyze organizational challenges, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide expert guidance on change management. To succeed, you must have proven experience with Target Operating Model programmes and exceptional analytical and communication skills. The position supports flexible hybrid working arrangements, promoting collaboration and team engagement.
We're establishing internal Organisation Design capability to support our growth strategy while maintaining efficiency. You'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing our future operating model and organisational structure. We are looking for someone who will bring Enterprise TOM expertise and the critical ability to design the processes, frameworks, and ways of working that will contribute to making our new operating model sustainable. This position offers the opportunity to provide hands‑on expertise across the full programme lifecycle—from analysis and design through to implementation—while building internal capability within our team. This role is contractually based at our Cambridge or London office. However, we embrace flexibility at the RSC and offer hybrid working, which means our teams come together when they need to collaborate and for Team meetings around once a week. Any hybrid working arrangements need to be agreed with your line manager.
