A leading financial services company is seeking an Organisation Design Specialist to support their Workforce Transformation strategy. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to implement organisation design strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have experience in organisation design, strong stakeholder management skills, and an analytical mindset. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including a bonus opportunity and generous pension scheme.
Location: London, Bristol and Norwich
Salary: National circa £43,000 - London circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills and experience)

We are seeking an Organisation Design Specialist to support our Workforce Transformation strategy. This role could suit someone with experience in organisation design, either in-house or consultancy, who’s ready to take the next step and work across a variety of business areas.
This role sits within the Workforce Transformation & Planning team and supports the delivery of Aviva’s organisation design strategy. You’ll work closely with the Organisation Design Lead to deliver senior grade role sizing, manage Aviva’s job architecture, and conduct detailed analysis to drive organisational efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll support delivery of future–state designs that align with Aviva’s strategic goals, engaging and influencing senior stakeholders in the People function as well as relevant business stakeholders.
