• Review and authorization of requisitions for non-drug expenditure.
• Assurance of Key Performance Indicators with trend analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Reporting on Model Hospital Key Performance Indicators to Quality Improvement.
• Membership in the Divisional Board.
• Comprehensive management of administrative and clerical functions within the department.
• Support in the business aspects of Pharmacy procurement, business, and strategic planning.
