As an Operative, you'll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Manager. You'll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping - all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.

This is a full-time role working on a rotating shift pattern of 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am

Due to the site's location and shift times, having your own transport is highly recommended.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving daily production targets
  • Recording and reporting quality data
  • Loading/unloading products from plant and vehicles
  • Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
What We're Looking For

The ideal Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment. In addition, experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial to your application:

  • Good communication skills and strong numeracy
  • A mobile plant licence for diesel counterbalance forklift truck
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Previous experience with manual handling
