Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own and scale production across live customer-facing systems. You will drive reliability, observability, and continuous improvement, shaping processes, leading incidents, and building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or production engineering.
• Experience leading technical teams and owning production systems.
• Strong ability to manage incidents end-to-end and drive root-cause fixes.

Responsibilities

• Own the production stack for all live systems, ensuring stability and availability.
• Lead incident management from detection to resolution, including blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations with clear escalation paths and runbooks.
• Develop and track SLIs/SLOs, improving visibility into latency, errors, and saturation.
• Grow the Operations/DevOps team, set KPIs, and foster ownership and accountability.
