Job summary

Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production across all live customer-facing systems. This hands-on role aims to build a scalable, reliable platform and move from reactive firefighting to proactive reliability engineering.

You will lead the Operations team, set standards, manage incidents, on-call rotations, and drive observability improvements. A strong SRE/DevOps background and calm, clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
• Prior experience leading technical teams.
• Deep hands-on incident management experience.
• Strong observability and reliability mindset.
• Calm under pressure, clear in communication.
• Systems thinker, fixes root causes, not symptoms.

Responsibilities

• Stability and availability of all live systems.
• Operational readiness for new releases.
• Safe production access and change coordination.
• Own the full incident lifecycle and blameless postmortems.
• Lead on-call rotations and runbooks.
