• Experience leading technical teams and driving reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Production: ensure stability and availability of all live systems. Ensure readiness for releases and safe production access.
• Incident Management: own full lifecycle, high-signal alerting, structured response, blameless postmortems, systemic fixes.
• On-Call: design sustainable rotations, clear escalation paths and runbooks to avoid burnout.
• Monitoring & Reliability: define and track SLIs/SLOs, improve visibility on availability, latency, errors, and saturation.
• Team Leadership: lead and grow the Operations team, set KPIs, drive ownership culture.
