Job summary

Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production across live customer-facing systems. You will lead incidents, build scalable processes, and drive reliability improvements while growing the operations team.

You will shape on-call rotations, maintain high availability, and ensure safe production changes. The role requires hands-on leadership and a strong focus on observability and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
• Prior experience leading technical teams.
• Deep hands-on incident management experience.
• Strong observability and reliability mindset.
• Calm under pressure, clear in communication.

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability and uptime for all live systems.
• Lead incident response lifecycle and blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and clear escalation paths.
• Define and drive monitoring and reliability improvements (SLIs/SLOs).
• Lead and grow the Operations team and set KPIs.
