Job summary

Complexio seeks an Operations Team Lead to own production and build a scalable, reliable platform. You will lead operational excellence across live customer-facing systems, focusing on reliability, observability, and continuous improvement.

This hands-on role requires shaping processes, guiding incidents, and growing the team to prevent repeats while maintaining strong customer trust. You will define SLIs/SLOs, coordinate changes, and ensure safe production access, with a culture of ownership

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering.
• Proven track record leading technical teams.
• Deep incident management experience.
• Strong observability mindset and reliability focus.
• Calm under pressure with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the production platform and ensure reliability.
• Lead incident management from detection to resolution and postmortems.
• Design sustainable on‑call rotations and clear escalation paths.
• Define and improve SLI/SLOs, monitoring, and recovery processes.
• Grow and lead the Operations team with clear KPIs and accountability.
