Job summary

Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production and build scalable reliability across live customer-facing systems. You will lead incidents, define runbooks, and shape processes to move from firefighting to proactive reliability engineering.

We expect strong SRE/DevOps experience, hands-on leadership, and a calm, communicative approach under pressure. This is a demanding, high-discipline role focused on measurable improvements and growth of the operations team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps or production engineering roles.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and incident response.
• Strong observability mindset and ability to drive reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own production systems, ensuring reliability, availability and performance.
• Lead incident management, response playbooks and postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and clear escalation paths.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs; drive reliability roadmap initiatives.
• Grow the Operations team and promote ownership culture.
