Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production. This is a hands‑on role focused on building a scalable, reliable system that can grow with the business.

You’ll lead operational excellence across all live customer‑facing systems, ensuring reliability, observability, and continuous improvement. You will shape processes, manage incidents, and build a high‑performing team that moves from firefighting to proactive reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability and availability of all live systems.
• Own full incident lifecycle from detection to postmortem and resolution.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define/monitor SLIs/SLOs; improve visibility of availability, latency, errors and saturation.
• Lead and grow the Operations team; establish standards and KPIs; foster ownership and accountability.
