Job summary

Complexio seeks an experienced Operations Team Lead to own production across all live customer-facing systems. You will build scalable, reliable processes, shape incident governance, and lead a growing team to prevent outages and improve operational discipline.

In this hands-on role, you’ll design rotations, define SLIs/SLOs, coordinate change management, and drive a culture of ownership and blameless accountability while delivering measurable reliability improvements for complex enterprise

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
• Prior experience leading technical teams.
• Hands-on incident management experience.
• Strong observability and reliability mindset.
• Calm under pressure, clear in communication.
• Systems thinker, fixes root causes, not symptoms.

Responsibilities

• Own production stability and availability of all live systems.
• Lead incident management lifecycle and blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations with escalation paths.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs and monitor reliability metrics.
• Lead and grow the Operations team with clear KPIs.
• Foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
