Qualifications

• Proven experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering.
• Experience leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own production stability and availability across live systems.
• Lead incident management from detection to resolution.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs for critical services.
• Grow and mentor the Operations team.
• Drive improvements to reduce MTTR and prevent recurrence.
