Job summary

Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production and lead reliability across all live customer-facing systems. This hands-on role emphasizes scalable processes, incident management, and proactive reliability engineering to move from firefighting to predictable operations.

You will shape runbooks, lead incidents, build the team, and drive a culture of ownership and accountability in a high-discipline environment.

Qualifications

Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
Prior experience leading technical teams.
Deep hands-on incident management experience.
Strong observability and reliability mindset.
Calm under pressure, clear in communication.
Systems thinker, fixes root causes, not symptoms.

Responsibilities

Production is stable, available, and ready for releases; ensure safe production access and change coordination.
Own the full incident lifecycle: detection, response, communication, blameless postmortems, and systemic fixes.
Design sustainable on-call rotations with clear escalation paths and runbooks; prevent burnout.
Define and improve observability: SLIs/SLOs, visibility into latency, errors, saturation; monitor MTTR and escalation trends.
Lead and grow the Operations team; set standards and KPIs; cultivate ownership and accountability.
Drive the reliability roadmap and continuous improvement across live systems.
