Job summary

Complexio seeks an Operations Team Lead to own production, not just keep it running but build a scalable system. You’ll lead operational excellence across all live customer-facing systems to make production reliable, observable, predictable, and continuously improving.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape processes, lead incidents, build the team, and move us from reactive firefighting to proactive reliability engineering.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
• Proven track record leading technical teams.
• Hands-on incident management experience.
• Strong observability and reliability mindset.

Responsibilities

• Production stability and availability of all live systems.
• Incident management lifecycle ownership including postmortems.
• On-call design, rotations, escalation paths and runbooks.
• Monitoring, reliability improvements, and defining SLIs/SLOs.
• Lead and grow the Operations team and drive accountability.
