Job summary

Complexio in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production across live customer systems. This is a hands-on leadership role to scale reliability.

You will shape incident response, runbooks, and on-call rotations, and lead a growing team to improve observability, MTTR, and availability.

The ideal candidate has strong SRE/DevOps experience, calm communication under pressure, and a passion for preventing outages through systemic fixes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE/DevOps/Production Engineering.
• Proven track record leading technical teams.
• Hands-on incident management and blameless postmortems.
• Deep observability mindset and ability to define SLIs/SLOs.
• Clear communicator with a culture of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own production across all live customer systems and ensure reliability.
• Lead incident management lifecycle, from detection to postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs and drive reliability roadmaps.
• Lead and grow the Operations team with measurable KPIs.
