Qualifications

  • Experience in startups, manufacturing, aerospace/automotive, or engineering-adjacent environments.
  • Exposure to quality systems (ISO 9001) or information‑security frameworks (ISO 27001).

Responsibilities

  • Improve internal processes for planning, reporting, and communication.
  • Develop and maintain internal tools that support operational discipline.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate tracking.
  • Assist with financial data preparation and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate operational tasks to maintain a structured workplace.
