About the Role

Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Operations Support Managers to join our team. Geographically, you will support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites.

You will need multisite management experience, a passion for food and service, and craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, inspire, and engage the teams.
  • Understand, track, and manage the schools' restaurant profit contribution to the business, being conscious of our food and service offering and client expectations.
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to build effective relationships, gain trust, and drive our shared goal of feeding more students with better food.
  • Manage at least four sites; guide chef managers with day‑to‑day running of the site and build excellent client relationships.
  • Act as a chef by trade and be happy to work in the kitchen when needed.
  • Converse comfortably at all levels, from the kitchen to the board room.
  • Self‑motivate, be resilient, highly organised, and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient with Office suite; produce spreadsheets and presentations to demonstrate performance.
What We're Looking For
  • Experienced contract catering Operations Support Manager with multisite experience.
  • A passion for food, a balance between operational efficiency and culinary involvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and highly organised with priority management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data presentation.
Working Years

52 weeks per year (25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays).

Pay Details

£40,000 per year plus car allowance of £3,840 per year (paid monthly).
