A local government organization in Peterborough is seeking an Operations Support Assistant to provide essential business support to the Family Group Conference Team. This role involves responding to queries, data entry, and supporting administrative needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied role which provides business support to our brand new Family Group Conference Team. Working within established processes and procedures such as responding to parent/carer and professionals queries, data entry to our recording systems, booking venues, raising purchase orders and providing administrative support to Family Group Conference Co‑ordinators and the Family Group Decision Making Manager. This will also involve supporting with other administrative needs of the service.
As an Operations Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the Family Group Conference service. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and passionate about supporting services that make a difference for children and families.
Experience of working in a busy office environment.
Experience of different IT/Technical business systems to support day to day running of the service.
Minimum 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.
