APCOA Parking UK is seeking an Operational Support Agent for full-time day and night shifts (7am–7pm) near Heathrow. The role involves front-desk customer interactions, parking payments, and basic maintenance of equipment.

You must be 21+, hold a UK driving license, and have strong English and customer service skills. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for progression within a company that values its people.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.

• Valid UK driving license required.
• Must be 21 or over.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Carry out basic maintenance of payment machines, barriers and other equipment.
• Ensure vehicle park patrols are conducted per site KPI’s.
• Complete report sheets and logs in full as instructed.
• Report to line manager any service issues or irregularities.
• Maintain deportment and represent the company positively at all times.
• Work at reception desk handling customer payments, pre-bookings and cash handling.
• Ensure high level of customer care throughout shifts.
• Assist with car park cleaning including litter picking and cleaning of public areas.
• Enforce parking rules within the car parks.
• Comply with Transport Regulations, Company Procedures, Health & Safety Law and HAL Regulations.
