Job summary

Airparks Services Ltd in Luton is hiring for a customer-facing role at the front line of our daily parking operations. You will welcome customers on site, guide them to spaces, and move vehicles safely between arrivals and our secure parking facilities.

Working on a 24/7 shift pattern, you will adapt to weather in all conditions, collaborate with teammates, and deliver a friendly, efficient check-in experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Airparks at the forefront of daily parking operations.
• Welcome customers on site and provide a friendly, efficient check-in service.
• Direct customers to available spaces, minimising disruption.
• Move vehicles safely between arrivals and secure facilities on site.
• Return vehicles to collection area when customers return from their trip.
• Impact the overall customer experience.
• Operate in all weather, covering long distances on foot.
• Demonstrate trust, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.
