APCOA Parking UK is seeking an Operational Support Agent to join a fast-paced team at Heathrow. This full-time role covers day and night shifts from 7am to 7pm, with duties including frontline customer service, payments handling, and site patrols.

You will be part of a welcoming team, with opportunities to progress. A valid UK driving licence and excellent English are required, and the role involves both team collaboration and occasional lone working in a busy car park environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Able to work across Heathrow sites and weekends/overtime.
• Valid UK driving licence and over 21.

Responsibilities

• Maintain basic maintenance of payment machines and barriers.
• Carry out site patrols in line with KPI’s.
• Handle customer payments at reception.
• Complete report and log sheets as instructed.
• Enforce parking rules and ensure safety and compliance.
