Job summary

APCOA Parking UK is recruiting a Parking Supervisor for Prestwich on a full-time basis. The role leads frontline teams, ensuring safe, compliant and customer-focused parking operations. You will manage Rotas, conduct site checks and drive KPI performance in a fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to incidents and service delivery. London-style shifts may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within frontline operations or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead by example.
• Strong organisational and time management to manage shifts and workloads.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Desirable SIA CCTV licence, not essential.
• Applicants must be over 18.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support frontline teams to deliver operational performance and customer service.
• Coordinate staffing levels, rotas and site coverage for efficient operations.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and performance checks for safety and service delivery.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Respond to incidents professionally with escalation when needed.
• Support inductions, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and teams to resolve issues.
• Undertake additional duties to support service delivery.
