Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse team by example.
• Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch.
• Support with managing Delivery Partners.
• Contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Receive product and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage stock and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain warehouse compliance and cleanliness.
• Support health and safety compliance.
