Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Lead/Supervisor to oversee shift teams in our UK fulfilment network. You will act as the first point of contact on shift, ensure adherence to processes, safety rules, and quality standards, and support managers with daily plans.

This hands-on role requires data-driven approach, ability to train staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and drive productivity across shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English with C1+ level proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and nights.
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
• Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Experience with data analytics or commercial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance and provide shift information to frontline management.
• Support and train employees and supervise daily tasks.
• Assist Shift/Area Managers with projects to improve processes and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues and support needs.
• Use data analysis to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality and productivity.
