Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of Area Managers, driving safety, quality and productivity across the site. You will shape the operational plan to meet targets and push for continuous improvement in performance and efficiency.

The role requires experience in logistics or manufacturing, strong stakeholder collaboration, and fluency in English. You will mentor teams, coordinate with support functions, and help innovate the site’s operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
• Experience in distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Fluent English written/speech at C1 level or above.
• Experience in complex stakeholder structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Lead shifts, address issues, improve site performance.
• Analyze shift performance and implement actions to improve operational excellence.
