Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 is seeking an Operations Lead/Supervisor to oversee shift activities at one of our sites in the UK. You will lead a team, ensure adherence to processes, and support the Shift/Area Manager in delivering efficient daily operations.

You’ll work hands-on, monitor performance, train staff, and drive improvements in safety, quality and productivity through data-driven actions.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in local language in written and verbal communication (C1 CEFR).
• Experience with data analytics to identify problems.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and share shift information with frontline management.
• Support and train employees to deliver great service and supervise them in daily tasks.
• Support the Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes and safety.
• Work with other departments to address issues and support needs in key areas.
• Use data analysis to identify ways to improve safety, quality and productivity.
