Position: Operations Supervisor

Contract Type: Permanent - 45 hrs per week

Location: Kidderminster

Shift: Sunday - Thursday / 03:15-13:15

We are hiring an Operations Supervisor at our Stafford site, working days, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role involves ensuring the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within various sortation areas, requiring a strong work ethic and attention to detail. It’s a physical job in a busy warehouse hub that operates at full speed, so you’ll be active throughout your shift. Your attention to detail will ensure every parcel reaches its customer on time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Management & reconciliation of warehouse activities (deliveries, Holdbay, etc.)
  2. Efficient management of bulk/return deliveries with C&D and LGV fleet
  3. Support for Bulk Collection Customer Planning
  4. Support LGV Transport rules & regulations
  5. Supervision of Saturday operations and site lockdown
  6. Deployment of operational resources according to work area requirements
  7. Achieving or exceeding KPI targets within the work area
Experience Required
  1. Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or similar role
  2. Knowledge of resource management and deployment
  3. Excellent communication skills for operational information exchange
  4. Good IT skills
